Due to the unique and personalized nature of our products, all items are considered final sale and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
  • Missing Item: If an item from the original purchase is missing from your order.
  • Missing Feature: If a specific feature included in the original purchase was not delivered.
  • Missing Custom Request: If a specific request noted in the order’s instructions was not fulfilled.
Note: Refunds will only cover the corresponding amount for each missing item, feature, or unfulfilled request. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
